Our Organic Wholemeal Spelt Flour is stone ground from Australian grown spelt grain. The whole grain passes through a stone mill giving a stronger flavour and retaining more nutrients when compared with roller-milled flours. Spelt is an ancient grain with a wholegrain flavour and can be used like all-purpose flour. Organic and unbleached, and free from preservatives.
